El Operario con Titulo Habilitante es el encargado de operar y mantener equipos de producción asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad y eficiencia. Potencialidad para liderar técnicamente al equipo de línea, promoviendo la mejora continua y la resolución de problemas con enfoque mecánico.

Responsabilidades Principales:

- Ejecutar tareas de operación y mantenimiento autónomo (CILT: limpieza, inspección, lubricación y ajuste).

- Detectar y resolver fallas mecánicas de primer nivel, escalando aquellas de mayor complejidad.

- Liderar rutinas de control de parámetros operativos (Centerlines) y asegurar su cumplimiento.

- Participar activamente en iniciativas de mejora continua (PCT, análisis de pérdidas, BDAs).

- Coordinar y capacitar a los operadores en rutinas técnicas y buenas prácticas operativas.

- Promover la cultura de seguridad, orden y limpieza en el área de trabajo.

- Participar en reuniones de gestión diaria, reportando desvíos y avances.

Requisitos del Puesto:

- Formación técnica en mecánica, electromecánica o afines.

- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en líneas de producción automatizadas de empresas de consumo masivo.

- Conocimientos en TPM, mejora continua y herramientas de resolución de problemas.

- Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.

- Disponibilidad para turnos rotativos y trabajo en planta.
