About Our Family

We're a busy, active family of five rooted in entrepreneurship, with both parents running their own businesses — one frequently from home. Our household moves at a full pace: school schedules, extracurriculars, meal planning around complex dietary needs, a growing pet family, and a home that reflects both our love of order and our real, lived-in life.

We have three children at different life stages — one navigating the college application process, one in middle school, and one still very much in the playful, energetic phase of childhood. Our home is warm and welcoming, and we take pride in keeping it organized and running smoothly. We have a long-haired cat and a new puppy who are both very much part of the family.

We've had wonderful long-term support in the past and are looking to rebuild that foundation with the right person. We value consistency, trust, and a collaborative working relationship above all else.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a supportive, behind-the-scenes role and genuinely enjoys bringing calm and order to a busy household. You are a natural communicator — proactive about flagging what you notice, thoughtful about suggesting improvements, and respectful of the process of getting buy-in before making changes. You don't take over; you collaborate.

You follow through reliably, show up when you say you will, and take ownership of your tasks without needing constant direction. You're comfortable with dietary complexity, whether that means prepping allergy-friendly meals or researching new recipes that work for everyone at the table. You're at ease around pets, unhurried by the energy of kids, and unfazed by the daily rhythms of a home where people are actually working and living. You bring warmth, professionalism, and a steady presence to everything you do.
