Welcome to the NEW Surgical Trauma Transition Unit (STTU) at Deaconess Midtown!

Opening in early 2027, STTU is a brand-new 18-bed, high-acuity unit designed to bridge the gap between intensive care and recovery. With a unique blend of Stepdown, ICU, and Medical-Surgical care, this unit will care for a diverse patient population, including surgical, trauma, vascular, and complex medical patients.

As a Clerical Associate on STTU , you will play an essential role in supporting daily unit operations, helping maintain efficient communication, and ensuring the care team has the administrative support needed to provide excellent patient care.

As a Clerical Associate , youll help keep the STTU unit running smoothly by supporting nurses, physicians, and care teams while providing exceptional service to every patient and family you encounter.
