Hiring: Site HR Executive / Senior Executive – HR
Company: SJ Contracts Pvt. Ltd. Locations: Pune & Mumbai (Project Sites) Experience: Minimum 2+ years in HR, preferably in site HR operations.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in site HR operations, employee coordination, attendance, onboarding, and documentation.
- Willingness to relocate to any project site across Pune, Mumbai, or other locations as per business requirements.
- Flexibility to travel and take up site assignments at short notice.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
