Henpen Consultants is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for a confidential manufacturing company.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, motors, and conveyors.
- Maintain mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and document completed repairs.
- Inspect and replace worn components.
- Follow safety procedures and support reliable plant operations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance or heavy equipment experience.
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
- Experience using hand, power, and precision measuring tools.
- Basic computer skills; CMMS experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Availability for overtime as needed.
Overtime paid at time-and-a-half after 40 hours. No sponsorship or relocation assistance available.
