Key Responsibilities:
- Working alongside other team members, review existing Corporate Finance and Accounts Payable processes, controls and performance measures, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, facilitate integration with other finance functions and help design future-state processes that achieve the intended business outcomes.
- Assess proposed Finance ERP features and process designs against business requirements, intended outcomes, governance requirements and user needs, and recommend suitable improvements or complementary digital solutions.
- Partner finance and project stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into clear business and functional requirements.
- Develop and execute business test scenarios, including User Acceptance Testing, to assess whether proposed system solutions meet functional, control and reporting requirements.
- Support data migration by working with finance and project teams to review data requirements, identify data quality issues, validate migrated information and ensure appropriate reconciliation and controls.
- Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, user communications, training and the development of guidance materials, to facilitate smooth adoption of the new system.
- Maintain functional documentation including process maps, business requirements and functional specifications.
- Support post-implementation maintenance and continuous improvement by coordinating functional issues, assessing business impacts of system updates and identifying enhancements to address business and regulatory changes.
- Support project governance by monitoring functional workstream progress, risks, issues, deliverables and intended outcomes, and provide clear updates and recommendations to project stakeholders.

- Good working knowledge of finance functions and processes, such as Accounts Payable, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis or Corporate Finance, including relevant governance, internal controls and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and evaluation skills, with the ability to assess processes, data and proposed solutions, identify gaps and translate findings into practical recommendations.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in handling changing project priorities.
