Working closely with the CRO, and Sales team, you will own our CRM, sales forecasting, and performance reporting, while supporting key commercial decisions on quotas, compensation plans, and pricing. You will also lead the redesign of our CRM to support our next stage of growth
This is a hands-on role combining analytical rigor, business acumen and operational excellence. You will support complex B2B sales cycles: long enterprise and defense deals, paid pilots, multi-year contracts, and a mix of hardware, software and services.
Key Responsibilities

- Own and optimize the CRM, including pipeline stages, sales processes, data quality, and reporting standards.
- Ensure accurate, consistent, and actionable commercial data across the organization.
- Improve CRM adoption and streamline processes to support sales efficiency and visibility.
- Forecasting & Performance Reporting
- Build and maintain sales forecasts, pipeline analyses, and performance dashboards.
- Deliver clear, reliable reporting and actionable insights to the CRO, CEO, and Board.
- Monitor key commercial KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate forecasting inputs and ensure consistency between pipeline data, commercial targets, and business projections.
- Commercial Planning
- Support quota setting and sales target allocation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design and administer sales compensation plans, including commission calculation and quota attainment tracking.
- Support pricing decisions, deal analysis, and quote approval processes.
- Partner with Sales and Finance to improve commercial performance, resource allocation, and revenue predictability.
- Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to align data, processes, and performance metrics.
- Contribute to business planning and strategic analyses, including Board-level materials and commercial performance reviews where relevant.
- Identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and operational efficiency across the revenue cycle.

- Mindset: Structured, rigorous, proactive, and comfortable challenging existing processes.
- Execution: Able to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and turn analyses into practical improvements.
What Will Make You Successful at Prophesee
