Business Analyst – Digital Shared Services

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a Digital Health initiative focused on improving healthcare delivery through information and communication technology (ICT). The successful candidate will work closely with clinical stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze existing workflows, identify capability gaps, and support the implementation of new systems and workflow changes within a healthcare environment. Responsibilities include leading healthcare change management activities, conducting stakeholder analysis and site readiness assessments, coordinating project plans, timelines, and implementation activities, and developing communication and promotional materials to encourage adoption of new information systems. The candidate will also be responsible for supporting the implementation and upgrade of the Altera Sunrise suite of applications, gathering technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders, and developing and delivering training to clinical resources to facilitate business process and system changes. Applicants must hold a Business Analysis diploma or certification, a valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification, and a valid Prosci Change Management certification. This is a full-time, on-site contract position requiring strong healthcare business analysis, clinical stakeholder engagement, project coordination, change management, communication, and training skills.
