About this role
About us:
At Fullbay, our mission is simple — to create safer roads for our families and yours. As leaders in the heavy-duty repair industry, we power shops with technology that helps them run smarter and more efficiently. As an AI-First company, we invite artificial intelligence to eliminate friction, spark innovation, and drive efficiencies in every conversation— for our teams and our customers. Fullbay is the number one cloud-based shop management software for commercial repair shops and is growing fast. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and help shape the next phase of growth for the company.
Position Overview:
The Commercial Tech Stack Manager builds, optimizes, and scales the systems that power Fullbay’s go-to-market teams. This role owns the health, architecture, and direction of the revenue technology stack: Salesforce, Salesforce Sales Engagement (with Outreach under evaluation), ChiliPiper, Zoom Revenue Accelerator, Consensus, and the integrations between them, ensuring these systems are a growth accelerator rather than a bottleneck.
The Commercial Tech Stack Manager translates the needs of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps into technical solutions, working closely with the Extended Leadership Team to set priorities. The role treats AI as a core accelerator, exploring, piloting, and embedding AI-powered capabilities across the stack and setting the guardrails that keep them safe and useful. Success means leads reach the right rep quickly, emails and conversations are captured in Salesforce without manual entry, and every tool is adopted and earning its cost. The role also owns adoption of the technology and provides analytics on how it is used.
Right Wrench for the Job:
The right wrench for this job is a hands-on systems builder who takes genuine pride in system health, data integrity, and clean integrations. This individual brings an ownership mentality, translates ambiguous business needs into clear technical solutions, and measures success by whether the tools are adopted and earning their cost. Curious about AI and automation, this person follows the space and acts on it without waiting for direction.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Data, Adoption, and Analytics
Own adoption of the GTM technology: set adoption goals for each tool and role, track usage, identify where adoption is low, and drive improvement with Sales leadership and Enablement
- Provide general usage analytics on the stack, such as active users, cadence activity, routing and meeting-booking results, conversation capture, and feature use, through reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other tools
- Share adoption and usage insights regularly with leaders and managers, with recommendations to improve, and retire tools or features that are not delivering value.
- Establish data governance standards, including field definitions, hygiene rules, duplicate handling, and ownership, so Salesforce stays the system of record
- Delivery and Intake
Run a structured intake and delivery model with prioritization criteria, response-time SLAs, and clear stakeholder communication
- Translate business needs into technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes
- Lead or support user acceptance testing and release readiness, including test planning, defect management, and post-launch validation
- Document systems, processes, and changes so critical workflows can be maintained by the team rather than a single person
- Provide escalation support and technical leadership when troubleshooting goes beyond what front-line system support can resolve
- Systems Ownership and Optimization
Own the configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of the GTM applications: Salesforce Sales Engagement (cadences, playbooks, work queues, and Einstein Activity Capture), ChiliPiper, Zoom Revenue Accelerator, and Consensus
- Manage ChiliPiper routing and scheduling end to end, including round robin and queue logic, lead-to-account matching, form handoff, meeting booking flows, response-time SLAs, and fallbacks, and keep it aligned with Salesforce ownership, territories, and assignment rules
- Make sure emails, meetings, calls, and conversation data are captured to the right Salesforce records, and resolve sync and logging issues quickly
- Administer Zoom Revenue Accelerator (recording and privacy settings, trackers, scorecards, access, and Salesforce sync) and Consensus (demo and content automation), and help managers and reps use the insights
- Own Salesforce configuration for the revenue team, including objects, fields, security model, Flow automation, and the lifecycle and routing logic these tools depend on
- Roadmap and Tool Evaluation
Own GTM systems strategy, roadmap, and platform health, identifying changes and trends that will affect scalability and the company’s growth
- Identify consolidation, integration, automation, and AI-assisted workflow opportunities across the stack
- Manage vendor relationships, renewals, license utilization, and platform evaluations (build, buy, or integrate), along with user provisioning and access
- Integrations and Automation
Design and deliver cross-platform solutions that improve lead routing, scheduling, sales engagement, and handoffs between Sales, Customer Success, and other teams
- Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and the broader stack using native connectors, automation tools, and APIs, with appropriate testing, access controls, and human oversight
- Build and implement automated workflows that reduce manual effort and keep data flowing cleanly between platforms
- Lead troubleshooting of complex issues across platforms, integrations, and data flows; identify root causes and fix recurring failures rather than relying on workarounds
- Pilot and embed AI-powered capabilities and agentic workflows across the stack, and set guardrails for privacy, access, output quality, and change management
- Enablement and Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Enablement, and the Extended Leadership Team to ensure systems support GTM execution
- Keep end-user training and documentation current, and run change management so new tools and processes are adopted
- Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices to keep the GTM stack cutting edge
- General
Adheres to all confidentiality, compliance, and company standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Education & Work Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, sales operations, or business systems within a SaaS or tech-driven environment, including at least 2 years leading system projects or presenting technical recommendations to leadership
- Salesforce Administrator certification (required)
- Hands-on experience managing or implementing a cadence or sales engagement tool such as Salesforce Sales Engagement, Outreach, or Salesloft; Outreach experience is strongly preferred given the planned evaluation
- Hands-on experience managing or implementing a lead routing and scheduling tool such as ChiliPiper or LeanData
- Hands-on experience managing or implementing a conversation intelligence tool such as Zoom Revenue Accelerator, Gong, or Chorus
- Experience owning adoption of GTM tools, and reporting on usage and effectiveness through dashboards and analytics
- Experience with system integrations, data workflows, and APIs
- Demonstrated hands-on use of AI tools or automation to streamline GTM processes, beyond familiarity with AI productivity tools
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Sound judgment in choosing between declarative configuration and custom code, and the ability to build either
- Strong requirements-gathering and project management skills, from intake through deployment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including diagnosing production issues across configuration and code
- Commitment to clean, documented, testable, and maintainable work
- Adoption: active use of each tool by its target roles, tracked monthly against adoption goals set per tool
- Analytics: usage and adoption reporting delivered to leaders and managers on an agreed schedule, with recommendations
- Speed to lead and routing accuracy: leads reach the right rep within defined response times, and misroutes are tracked and falling
- Meetings booked through ChiliPiper and cadence activity, reviewed monthly with Sales leadership
- Activity capture: share of rep emails, meetings, and calls logged to Salesforce without manual entry
- Responsiveness: time to resolve system issues and requests against agreed response times
- Stack health: sync errors, duplicate records, and integration failures trending down
- Technical Skills
o Cadences and sales engagement: building multi-step cadences and playbooks, templates, and work queues; reading engagement results; and keeping activity synced and logged to Salesforce
- Email and conversation capture: configuring Einstein Activity Capture or equivalent so emails, meetings, and calls are logged to the right records
- Lead routing: round robin and queue logic, lead-to-account matching, routing rules and SLAs, form handoff, and scheduling flows
- Conversation intelligence: recording and privacy settings, trackers and scorecards, and syncing call data and summaries to Salesforce
- Adoption and usage analytics: tracking who uses each tool and how, building Salesforce reports and dashboards and using tool-native analytics, and turning the data into clear recommendations for leaders and managers
- Integration and automation: APIs, web services, and native connectors, plus automation or middleware tools such as Workato, Zapier, or n8n, with the ability to trace a broken sync or misroute to its cause
- Data governance: field standards, hygiene and deduplication, and validation rules
- Structured testing and change management: writing acceptance criteria, running user acceptance testing, and documenting changes
