Painting Foreman – Residential & Commercial

Location: Andover, NH

We are seeking an experienced Painting Foreman to oversee residential and commercial painting projects in the Andover, NH area. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on painting experience, and the ability to manage crews while ensuring high-quality work and jobsite safety.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead painting crews on residential and commercial projects.
- Oversee interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation, priming, and finishing.
- Assign tasks, coordinate schedules, and monitor project progress to meet deadlines.
- Ensure quality workmanship and consistent attention to detail.
- Read and follow project plans, specifications, and work orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
- Monitor materials, supplies, and equipment to keep projects running efficiently.
- Communicate with project managers, contractors, and team members.
- Train and support crew members while ensuring proper safety procedures are followed.

Requirements:

- Previous painting experience in residential and commercial settings.
- Prior experience leading or supervising a painting crew.
- Knowledge of interior and exterior painting techniques, coatings, and surface preparation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep projects on schedule.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work on active construction sites.
- Must have appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
