Warehouse Specialist – ERP, Shipping & Logistics

Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist with experience in ERP systems, shipping, and logistics. This role is ideal for someone who can manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and keep warehouse operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments and verify shipping documentation.
- Enter and update inventory, orders, and shipment information in the ERP system.
- Coordinate shipping schedules, deliveries, and logistics with carriers and internal teams.
- Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, bills of lading, and other required paperwork.
- Track shipments and help resolve shipping delays or discrepancies.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and other departments regarding order status and deliveries.
- Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse.
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, or logistics.
- Experience using ERP systems for inventory, order processing, or shipping transactions.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with shipping documentation and coordinating freight or parcel shipments preferred.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
