Overview
Why We Need Your Talents:
Cashier responsibilities include receiving payments, issuing receipts, and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position and good knowledge of how cash registers operate.
Responsibilities
Where You'll Make an Impact:
- Responsible for operating cash register to cash out guests.
- Answering phone, greeting customers, and keeping track of seat availability in restaurants.
- Responsible for assisting with bussing and cleaning tables.
- Ability to perform assigned duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures.
- Work to ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills You'll Need to Succeed
- Ability to organize and be creative. Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of food.
- Ability to use a cash register, credit card machine, point of sale machine, restaurant bar equipment, and equipment.
- Ability to read simple instructions.
- Knowledgeable of Alcohol Beverage Control laws, health regulations, and PPE (Personal Property Equipment).
- Ability to communicate in English and fluency in either Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese or Asian language is a plus.
Qualifications
A Few Must Haves
- Education: A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: One (1) year food service experience. (Preferred).
- Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk continually throughout a scheduled shift.
- Ability to bend, stoop and reach while carrying dishes, product, equipment, trash/waste weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push and carry trash bags weighing up to 50 pounds.
