About Our Family

We're a busy two-parent household where both parents work full-time from home in the tech industry. Life moves fast in our house — we have two high-energy boys, a beloved senior dog, and a full calendar that doesn't slow down. We love our family deeply and our home is a warm, active, and happy place. To keep it running as smoothly as possible, we’re looking for an extra set of hands.

We have cleaners who come every few weeks, but the day-to-day coordination and household structure have been falling through the cracks, especially during after-school hours, and things pile up — literally and figuratively! Our goal is for the week to feel less reactive and for weekends to feel like weekends again, rather than the game of catch-up they have been. A great hire for us is someone who can easily take stock, create a system, and take ownership of it.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You are equally comfortable playing with two energetic little boys, keeping the house clean and organized, and taking ownership of the laundry. You think like a project manager and love to create efficient, well-thought-out systems. You are organized, self-directed, and bring a calm confidence to whatever you take on. Above all, you are warm, caring, and bring a reliable, grounded presence.

The area we need the most help with is our afternoon transition. We are looking for someone to assist with picking the kids up from school and creating a natural flow: making sure the school notes and activities are added to the family calendar, healthy snacks are served, homework is completed, and everyone is ready to tackle the next day ahead. If you have a knack for routines, organization, and proactive support, we’d love to hear from you!
