Supports enterprise security operations by leveraging Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) platforms, applications, and data to detect, assess, document, and communicate security incidents and risk. This role focuses on situational awareness, threat and incident analysis, report development, and intelligence operations. Monitors GSOC systems, assesses routine to moderately complex security events, documents incidents, and escalates issues according to established procedures.
- 4+ years of experience in a GSOC, SOC, command center, financial institution security operations, emergency dispatch, law enforcement, or military environment
- Ability to follow established procedures, assess information, and escalate issues appropriately
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and documentation accuracy
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and organized in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems, dashboards, and communication channels
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and during emergency or high-impact events
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Intelligence Studies / Intelligence Analysis, Emergency Management, Homeland Security, Risk Management
- Experience monitoring, documenting, or responding to physical security, emergency, operational, or customer-facing incidents
- Familiarity with physical security systems such as alarms, CCTV, access control, ATM monitoring, or incident management platforms
- Relevant security, emergency management, FEMA ICS, or physical security training
- Experience using GSOC technologies such as Alert Media, International SOS, Flock Safety, video management, access control, and incident management platforms

- Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 6PM or 6PM-6AM CST - on rotation
