- Maintain and update HR dashboards and employee data across relevant systems, including BambooHR, Claude and MiHCM.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and management presentations covering employee data, attrition, performance, and engagement trends.

A tech-savvy, people-focused HR professional who enjoys using data, digital tools, and smarter processes to improve the employee experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Sciences, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or a generalist role, preferably within a technology-driven or fast-paced organisation.
- HR fundamentals: Sound understanding of employee lifecycle management, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development.

- Process improvement mindset: Ability to identify repetitive tasks, suggest practical improvements, and support the digitalisation of HR processes rather than relying solely on manual administration.
- Communication and ownership: Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across teams, manage competing priorities, and follow through independently.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and integrity: A willingness to explore new technology, learn continuously, and collaborate with others while handling sensitive employee information responsibly.
