Shift Manager

Your main responsibilities:

-On a daily basis, you will coordinate the work of the team in the courier sorting hub

-You will set goals, motivate, and hold employees accountable for achieving assigned tasks

-You will handle the efficient organization of transport loading and unloading-

-You will be responsible for the correct and timely sorting of shipments to the appropriate branches

-You will handle the processing of damaged shipments in accordance with established procedures

-Your task will be to eliminate downtime and optimize warehouse processes

-On a daily basis, you will cooperate with other departments within the company, including the transport department, courier branches, etc

-You will actively participate in operational projects and ensure the implementation of new standards

-You will support your team in their daily tasks

-You will report the team's performance results to the Manager

This is the right job for you if:

-Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a warehouse or courier company

-Possess skills in task delegation, planning, and work organization

-Stand out for their multitasking abilities

-Communicate in English (spoken and written) at a minimum B1 level

-Know health, safety, and fire protection regulations

-Are highly communicative and enjoy working with others — we work as a team on a daily basis

-Are able to make quick, independent decisions

-Demonstrate high personal culture

-Are open to shift work

-Are proficient in commonly used office software

-Hold a Category B driver’s license
