Legal Counsel (f/m/d)

## Deine Aufgaben
As our Legal Counsel, you help AVILOO grow further while keeping our contracts and corporate matters in  order, from software licences and supplier deals to new entities. This is a full-time position, where you'll  join our Legal team as its fourth member. We'd love for you to work from our Vienna office 3-4x per week.
- Software licence agreements:  You draft, review, and negotiate the business software licences the  company runs on. Your IT and software law know-how turns the fine print into terms that work for  us.
- Supplier contracts:  You own our supplier contracts from first draft to signature and make sure  what we agree on paper matches what we need in practice.
- Corporate matters:  You set up new entities as AVILOO grows and handle the corporate formalities  that come with each one.
- External counsel:  You choose and brief external lawyers when we need specialist or local advice,  and you keep their work focused, on time, and on budget.
- Right next to Sales:  You are the go-to legal partner for our Sales team, with clear, practical answers  that keep deals moving instead of parked on a legal desk.
- Generalist by design:  You handle contract law questions from every corner of the business, from a  quick clause check to a full negotiation.

Dein Profil

- 5+ years of professional experience in law.
- A completed law degree.
- Solid experience in contract law, with a generalist profile across contract types.
- Experience in IT and software law, including software licensing.
- You already use AI tools in your legal work and want to find new ways to put them to use.
- Fluency in English and German - both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and presence, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Independent, precise, and pragmatic work style.
- A t eam player who rolls up their sleeves when the situation calls for it.
Nice to have's
- Experience with Slack, Notion, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365.
- International work experience.

- The minimum salary for this position is €3,954 gross/month in accordance with the Austrian IT Collective Agreement (full-time, 38.5h/week). Actual compensation is based on qualifications and experience, and exceeds the collective agreement minimum significantly.
