Charlotte Behavioral Health Care is seeking a Family Support Team (FST) Supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary team serving youth and families in the community. This role is responsible for overseeing both the clinical and administrative operations of the program, ensuring high-quality, timely, and effective services that promote family stability and connection. What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee daily operations of the FST, ensuring effective, community-based service delivery.
- Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to a multidisciplinary team.
- Facilitate clinical staffing and treatment planning meetings.
- Ensure adherence to the FST model and all applicable standards.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related human services field required.
- Licensed or license-eligible (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral health, including experience working with youth and families.
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory and leadership experience.
- Valid FL driver's license and safe driving record.
- Ability to pass Level II Background Screening and drug test.
