Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.

- Support residents mobility and encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure high-quality care.
- Document care provided accurately and promptly according to company policies.
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification in the state of Michigan.
- Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed.
