Caregiver

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care to our clients in Hartland, MI. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being in a respectful and professional manner.

Responsibilities

- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

- Provide companionship and emotional support.

- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.

- Assist with mobility and transfers to prevent falls and injuries.

- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.

- Monitor and report changes in client condition or behavior to supervisors.

- Follow all care plans and protocols established by healthcare professionals.

Requirements

- Previous caregiving or related experience preferred but not required.

- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills.

- Ability to pass background check.

- Valid drivers license or reliable transportation preferred.

- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
