Role: Client Care Representative
Status: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
Schedule: 4- day work week with no nights, weekends, or holidays

What Our Client Care Representatives Do
- Greet clients and their pets with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Answer phones, return messages, and schedule appointments
- Check clients in and out, process payments, and keep medical records up to date
- Handle prescription and food requests and relay them to the medical team
- Coordinate with veterinarians and clinical staff to keep the day running smoothly
- Support clients with compassion during emotional moments, including end-of-life visits
- Keep the front desk and reception area organized and inviting
What You’ll Bring
- Customer service, reception, or front-desk experience (veterinary experience is a plus but not required)
- Friendly, clear communication in person and on the phone
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with computers and scheduling software (practice management software experience is a plus)
- A team-player attitude and the ability to stay calm and positive in a busy setting
- Compassion for pets and the people who love them
