SMT Operator
We’re hiring an SMT Operator in Simi Valley, CA ! This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position offering a competitive pay range of $22 to $25 per hour (DOE) . If you have experience in electronics and circuit board manufacturing, we want to hear from you!

SMT Operator Responsibilities
SMT Operator Responsibilities Assist with daily SMT production operations. Program and operate advanced SMT equipment. Perform manual component placement with precision. Solder and assemble PCB components accurately. Inspect products for specification compliance. Maintain and troubleshoot SMT equipment regularly.
SMT Operator Requirements Proficient in SMT machine operations. Skilled in soldering and component assembly. Experience with PCB setup and processes. Ability to read Gerber files, drawings. ITAR-compliant 3+ years in contract manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements Fast-paced environment, standing all day. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with Siemens SMT machines. Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes.
