This role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Territory/Regional Sales Managers and Sales Representatives team, setting clear strategic plans and goals that deliver against sales objectives and budgets.
- Responsible for the relationship of promoter agencies and the management of promoter sales force across all channels.
- Design and execute a scalable national sales strategy that grows with the business — targeting at least 10% growth QoQ — and continuously refine processes as the business expands into new areas.
- Drive sales execution in close coordination with KAMs and other PayJoy teams to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and increased PayJoy market penetration.
- Build and scale a high-performing team by recruiting, hiring, and onboarding top talent, while mentoring and coaching reps to lift performance and reduce turnover.
- Provide strategic direction and performance oversight to SM/RSMs — holding them accountable for regional performance through reviews, one-on-ones, and reward and recognition initiatives.
- Cultivate a culture of achievement, collaboration, and accountability that motivates the team to consistently hit or exceed quota.
- Own the KPIs that measure sales effectiveness — lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI — and present clear, data-driven insights to senior management in partnership with the Country Manager.
- Set financial targets and budgets, and deliver accurate sales forecasts grounded in analysis of historical performance and market trends.
- Stay ahead of competitor activity and market trends, converting insights into forward-looking strategy and continuous improvement.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with commercial partners, Regional/Area/Operations/VAS Managers, and key retail decision-makers to expand and deepen the distribution network.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Compliance, KAMs, Retail Execution, and Kiosk Teams — supporting product launches, campaigns, training, and fraud/compliance investigations.
- Coordinate with the Kiosk Team on launch readiness, training, marketing materials, and operational compliance, and forecast and manage marketing material requirements nationally.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for operational, customer, and sales issues nationally — driving customer satisfaction and partner retention through regular engagement (calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings).
- Own operational governance, including invoice and headcount discrepancy checks (inactive BAs, incorrect store/kiosk assignment, headcount breaches, terminated/PIP BAs, duplicate billing) and implementing corrective action plans for underperforming regions or partners.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in a senior sales management position, preferably within the mobile, consumer electronics, and/or financial products sectors.

- A track record of setting and achieving ambitious sales targets and driving sustained revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, forecast accurately, and translate insights into action.
