About this role
The Supply Chain Manager – HV/LV Harness & Coax Cable is responsible for ensuring supply continuity, supplier performance, and production readiness for critical electrical distribution components. This role leads supplier execution, clear-to-build monitoring, and shortage resolution, while driving cross-functional alignment to support new product launches and high-volume production.
· Manage supplier performance, delivery, and issue resolution
· Lead shortage management and allocation mitigation to protect operations
· Drive clear-to-build (CTB) readiness and material availability
· Coordinate with GSM, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams
· Lead supplier development for scalability, quality, and cost
· Support new product introduction (NPI) and launch readiness
· Drive change management and supply continuity for design or volume changes
· 3+ years of experience in wiring harness, coax, or power distribution commodities
· Proven experience in shortage management and supplier recovery
· Strong understanding of CTB, supply-demand alignment, and production readiness
· Experience working with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams
· Strong negotiation, supplier management, and communication skills
· Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-volume environments
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or equivalent
