As a Senior Site Contracts Lead at ICON, you will oversee the negotiation and management of clinical trial agreements and related site contracts for complex, global studies.

What You Will Do:

Your focus will be on coordinating contract management delivery, resolving issues, and developing team capability.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the development, negotiation, and finalisation of site contracts and budgets for complex or high-priority clinical studies.
- Acting as a key point of escalation for contract issues, proposing solutions that balance site needs, sponsor requirements, and internal policies.
- Collaborating with legal, finance, project management, and other stakeholders to resolve contractual questions and ensure alignment.
- Monitoring contract cycle times and performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements.
- Supporting customer meetings and governance forums by providing updates on contracting status, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Mentoring and guiding contract specialists and leads, contributing to training, standards, and best practices within the contracts function.
