Picker, Packer, Scanner (Seasonal)
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8AM-5PM
Location: Charlotte, NC 28206
Pay Rate: $15.50/hr
The Role
PrideStaff is partnering with a premier specialty food and gourmet gift distributor in Charlotte to find a reliable Picker, Packer, Scanner Associate to support daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will play an essential part in preparing, packing, and routing orders to ensure high-quality products reach clients safely and on time in a supportive, safety-focused environment.
What You Will Do Accurately pick, fill, and pack gourmet food and gift orders according to daily fulfillment requests. Use handheld scanners and operate a FedEx shipping computer to generate labels and process outbound packages. Move materials across the warehouse using pallet jacks, organize packages onto pallets, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
What You Will Bring Comfortable using basic computer systems (such as shipping software or scanning devices) and foundational reading skills to identify labels and order details. Ability to move or lift items weighing 25–30 lbs, maneuver a pallet jack safely, and navigate a warehouse environment throughout your shift. Strong work ethic, consistent attendance, and a shared commitment to maintaining workplace safety.
