About the Role This role focuses on building, maintaining, and optimizing robust full-stack software applications utilizing modern programming languages, web frameworks, and cloud technology. It specifically emphasizes strong relational database expertise, centered around Microsoft SQL Server, to manage backend data structures effectively.
Job Title: IT Operations Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities: - Application & Web Development: Design, develop, and troubleshoot scalable software applications using modern programming languages (Java/C#/Python/JavaScript) alongside web technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular/React/Vue.js). Database & Infrastructure Management: Manage and query database systems with a primary focus on Microsoft SQL Server, while maintaining applications on Windows Server environments and cloud platforms like GCP. Agile Collaboration & Technical Problem-Solving: Utilize Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA to collaborate, process JSON/MQTT data, and debug complex software issues.
Minimum Qualifications: - Technical Proficiency: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with hands-on experience in core programming languages (Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript) and web frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js). Database & Systems Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in database management, with specialized expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, as well as familiarity with Windows Server operating systems.
