About the Role You will serve as a PLM Software Engineer driving digital transformation by architecting, customizing, and maintaining the Siemens Teamcenter environment with a focus on Active Workspace. Core Objective: The role centers on using ITK, SOA, and BMIDE to deliver scalable solutions that connect Teamcenter to external systems and streamline the product development lifecycle.
Job Title: Software Engineer
Key Responsibilities: Core Development & Integration: Design server/client customizations using ITK and Active Workspace, and build high-performance SOA/web service integrations with enterprise systems. Configuration & UI Optimization: Manage BMIDE data models (objects, rules, LOVs) and customize Active Workspace UI elements (XRT stylesheets, tiles, declarative UI) for optimal user experience.
Minimum Qualifications: Experience & Skills: 4+ years in IT with 3+ years in Teamcenter development, demonstrating practitioner-level proficiency in Java Full Stack and at least one coding language/framework. Core Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter, Active Workspace (AW) customization, BMIDE configuration, and ITK/SOA integration APIs.
