Talent Acquisition Flexible Workforce Advisor

To provide full life-cycle solicitation, fulfillment, compliance, and reporting for all Staff Augmentation positions at Navy Federal. Serve as a consultant to provide guidance and advice to leaders on employment trends, policies, and procedures, as well as co-employment laws and regulations. To attract, acquire, and retain the best flexible workforce in the marketplace so that our Business Partners can execute their strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field, or the equivalent combination of experience, education, and training
- Experience in gathering hiring requirements from hiring managers
- Working knowledge of vendor management systems and associated workflows with said systems
- Highly Effective in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals
- Highly Effective in building effective relationships through rapport, trust, diplomacy, and tact
- Moderate Experience with interpreting contractual language and operationalizing policies & procedures from said language
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Working knowledge and understanding of Title VII, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Affirmative Action Plan, and other state regulations governing recruiting and co-employment practices
- Ability to successfully assess candidate qualifications
- Broad knowledge of, or ability to obtain a fundamental understanding of all business areas within NFCU
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting in a professional setting
- Strong skill interacting tactfully and effectively in difficult situations
- Effective skill to influence, negotiate and persuade to reach agreeable exchange and positive outcomes
- Highly Effective technology skills to include working with integrated systems

Desired Qualifications

- Experience in a vendor management program working with related practices, regulations, and systems
- Experience in negotiating contract terms
- Professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of bank processes and services is preferred
- Experience in recruitment efforts for a large scale, national or international company
