Quality Inspector

Pay: $20.68 – $25.97/hour + annual bonus
Schedule: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM (plus frequent Saturday OT)
Location: 100% On-site
Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities
Perform incoming (IQC), in-process (IPQC), and final (FQC) quality inspections on fitness equipment and electromechanical parts.
Assemble, test, and repackage OEM sample units following quality control plans.
Troubleshoot electromechanical non-conformances and use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, multimeters).
Work with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and corrective actions.
Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years of quality inspection experience.
Tools & Prints: Skilled with mechanical/electrical measuring tools and basic engineering print reading.
Software: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Physical & Schedule: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand full shifts, and work overtime/Saturdays.
Autonomy: Ability to work independently without guidance for up to 8 hours daily.
