Responsibilities
The Marketing Specialist, Growth Campaigns will execute campaigns that drive demand and revenue for Spectrum Reach, supporting both prospect and lead generation efforts and upsell opportunities with existing clients. In this role, you'll handle the hands-on execution and coordination of campaign elements, including email, landing pages, paid advertising, and more. You'll partner closely with teams across Enterprise Marketing to keep campaigns on schedule, on brand, and aligned to growth goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once, and motivated by measurable results.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of overall Marketing experience
- Proven ability to distill complex information into simple and easy to use sales and marketing materials
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent technology skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and departments
- Must be flexible and able to work on fast changing industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent combination education and/or work experience
