Location: Purchase, NY (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00/9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong product recruiting experience to support the continued growth of a leading global organization. In this role, you will serve as a trusted talent advisor, partnering closely with hiring managers and Senior leadership to recruit top talent across Product Management, Product Design, and related product-focused functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys managing complex searches, influencing stakeholders, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for product-focused positions across North America.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, market trends, and talent strategies.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, and proactive recruiting efforts.
- Manage high recruitment volume while balancing complex and niche searches.
- Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Total Rewards, HR, Immigration, and business leadership.
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
- Track recruiting activity and ensure accurate ATS documentation and reporting.

What We're Looking For

- Extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, specifically for Product roles.
- Experience recruiting positions such as: Product Manager
- Senior Product Manager
- Product Designer
- Product Strategy and Innovation roles

- Ability to manage a high-volume workload of 20+ requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience supporting Senior or demanding business leaders.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting technologies (Workday experience is highly preferred).
- Proven ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining quality and speed.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

This is a Contract position based out of White Plains, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
