Civil Construction Project Manager – Raynham/Lakeville, MA

Direct Hire | $80,000+ Salary DOE | Full-Time

Skilled Trades Partners (STP) is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity with an established construction company in the Raynham/Lakeville, MA area.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated construction professional with strong leadership skills and experience managing large-scale civil and concrete construction projects from planning through completion.

Responsibilities

- Oversee civil and concrete construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, and field operations.
- Coordinate with engineers, clients, architects, and site supervisors.
- Review construction plans, specifications, and project documentation.
- Track project costs, change orders, materials, and procurement.
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and contract requirements.
- Proactively resolve project challenges and maintain communication with all parties.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of project management experience in civil and/or concrete construction.
- Experience overseeing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and field operations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Massachusetts Hoisting License preferred.
- OSHA 10 certification preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

- $80,000+ annual salary, depending on experience.
