Billet Health is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about providing quality care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families.

As Billet Health continues to establish its presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, we are looking for caregivers who want to grow with us, build lasting professional relationships, and help us deliver compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the community.

As a CNA with Billet Health, you will support patients in their homes and residential settings by assisting with daily living activities, promoting comfort and dignity, and helping patients maintain the highest possible quality of life.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING — YOU SET THE PACE

At Billet Health, we understand the importance of flexibility. Our PRN and per-diem opportunities allow CNAs to accept available assignments based on their schedules, service areas, and patient needs.

As our Dallas-Fort Worth patient census grows, available visits and assignments will develop gradually based on referrals and patients coming onto service.

Please note: Billet Health is relatively new to the Dallas-Fort Worth market, so visit volume may initially be limited and is not guaranteed. We are seeking CNAs who understand that building a caseload takes time and are interested in developing a long-term working relationship with our organization.

Our staffing team will contact you as opportunities become available in your service area.

Assignments may include:

- Routine Home Health aide visits

- Hospice aide visits

- Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living

- Bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance

- Mobility assistance and safe transfers

- Patient comfort and safety checks

- Ongoing patient assignments as our census grows

Visit schedules are coordinated based on patient needs, caregiver availability, and applicable care plan requirements.

YOUR ROLE

As a Billet Health CNA, you will provide compassionate personal care and support to patients receiving Home Health or Hospice services.

Responsibilities may include:

- Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene

- Provide assistance with toileting and other activities of daily living

- Help patients with ambulation, mobility, and safe transfers

- Assist with positioning and comfort measures

- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the appropriate clinical team member

- Support patient safety and maintain a clean, comfortable care environment

- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families

- Follow established care plans and instructions from the supervising clinical team

- Maintain accurate and timely visit documentation

- Respect patient privacy, preferences, dignity, and independence

- Communicate professionally with patients, caregivers, and the care team

For hospice patients, CNAs play an important role in supporting comfort, personal dignity, and quality of life while helping families navigate the challenges of end-of-life care.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

- Current CNA certification recognized in Texas

- Reliable transportation

- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance, as applicable to the position

- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered personal care

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to follow care plans and report changes in patient condition appropriately

Preferred:

- Previous Home Health or Hospice experience

- Experience assisting patients with activities of daily living

- Strong time management and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently while following established care plans and agency policies

- A dependable, respectful, and team-oriented approach

Additional onboarding, health documentation, and training requirements may apply.

TRAINING & SUPPORT

Experienced CNAs and qualified caregivers interested in community-based care are encouraged to apply.

Training and onboarding requirements will be communicated during the hiring process. Any required training schedule will be discussed in advance.

COMPENSATION

Compensation is based on the applicable visit type, service area, and assignment.

Because this is a gradual caseload-building opportunity, the number of available visits may initially be limited and may fluctuate as our patient census grows. Visit volume is not guaranteed.
