Billet Caregivers is looking for compassionate, dependable Caregivers, HHAs, CNAs, Direct Care Workers, and Companions to join our growing team in Albuquerque.

Our team provides non-medical, in-home support to seniors and veterans , helping clients remain safe, comfortable, independent, and supported in the place they call home.

As a Billet Caregiver, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients while providing the daily support they need to live safely and comfortably.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING — YOU SET THE PACE

At Billet Caregivers, we understand that every caregiver has different needs and responsibilities.

We work to match you with clients within your preferred service area whenever possible.

As new clients come onto service, our Staffing Coordinator / SWAT Team will contact you when coverage is needed.

Your caseload is up to you.

Whether you're looking for a few hours a week, part-time work, or a fuller schedule, you can choose opportunities based on your availability and the cases that work best for you.

YOUR ROLE

As a Billet Caregiver, you may provide assistance with:

Activities of Daily Living

- Bathing and personal hygiene

- Grooming and dressing

- Mobility and ambulation

- Transfers

- Range-of-motion exercises

- Nutritional needs

- Assistance with activities of daily living

Household & Personal Support

- Meal preparation

- Light housekeeping

- Shopping and errands

- Pet care

- Maintaining a clean and safe environment

- Companionship

- General supervision and safety support

You may also perform delegated tasks as directed by your supervisor and care plan.

Above all, you'll help create a safe, respectful, clean, and comfortable environment for every client.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

We're looking for caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, respectful, and committed to providing quality care.

Requirements

- Active CNA license, HHA credential, or applicable caregiving qualifications

- Personal or professional experience caring for seniors

- Reliable transportation

- Valid driver's license

- Current auto insurance

- Current TB documentation

- CPR and First Aid certification or BLS

- Ability to successfully pass a background check

- Professional appearance, attitude, and demeanor

CAREGIVER SAFETY

- Gloves

- Masks

- Hand sanitizer

- Gowns

- Other available protective equipment as appropriate
