Axyde Analytics, LLC is hiring on behalf of a client for a prospective Navy warehouse support contract in Hampton Roads, Virginia.
One full-time key-personnel position | 1,920 contract hours annually
Location: Contractor warehouse in the Hampton Roads area, within the solicitations prescribed service area.
Hourly base pay range: $46–$52. Final pay within this range depends on relevant qualifications and assigned duties. Benefits and other employment terms will be specified in the client-approved offer. The range excludes any separately required fringe benefits and overtime.
The opportunity
Employment is contingent on contract award, funding, client selection and verification of contract qualifications. Anticipated award is February 2027; the start date is not confirmed.
Responsibilities
Manage receiving, storage, issue, inventory, dispatch and local deliveries in a warehouse with bulk and rack storage.
Supervise warehouse employees, safe MHE operations, workload allocation and accurate material records.
Oversee Navy ERP receipt, acceptance, issue and accountability workflows; resolve discrepancies with Government personnel.
Maintain rack and storage layouts, space-utilization reporting, safety controls and property accountability.
Coordinate incident notification, staff training, equipment readiness and physical inventories during startup and transition.
Required qualifications
Bachelors degree in a technical or managerial discipline and two years of professional experience managing commercial or Government warehouse operations using business logistics applications.
This is a key-personnel position. A detailed resume documenting education and relevant experience is required for proposal evaluation.
Contract-permitted education and experience substitutions will be considered following review of the original qualification matrix.
Secret clearance is required at contract award. Interim Secret is permitted at award if final clearance is obtained within 180 days, unless the contracting officer authorizes an extension. Required clearance and access approvals must be in place before classified tasks.
Perform the essential duties safely, with reasonable accommodation where applicable, and complete required safety, security, privacy and environmental training.
Preferred experience
Navy ERP, OM&S and PP&E accountability, audit readiness and management of a large warehouse.
