*주요 업무

- 인테리어 프로젝트의 모든 조달(구매) 활동 지원
- PDS Procurement 플랫폼 내 공급업체 등록 관리 및 유지
- 모든 PDS 프로젝트에 대한 Jagger 기반 RFP 및 RFQ 이벤트 운영
- 조달 이벤트 진행 상황 보고서를 해당 프로젝트 매니저 및 건설 매니저에게 전달
- PDS Korea의 Jagger 챔피언 역할 수행, 시스템 학습을 통한 현지 시스템 전문가화
- 시스템 업데이트 및 Jagger 지원팀과의 협력, 한국 오피스 내 시스템 활용 독려
- 공급업체 관리 및 가격 협상
- 신규 공급업체 발굴 및 업계 네트워크 구축
- 프로젝트 매니저 및 건설 매니저의 조달 개요 및 요구사항 정의
- Jagger 프로세스 전 단계 주도, 단계별 결과물 및 승인 기록 관리
- 프로젝트별 조달 전략 수립: 패키지 분류, 입찰 방식(공개 경쟁 / 지명 / 협상), 일정 수립
- 협력업체 풀(pool) 관리: 사전 자격심사(재무 상태, 실적, 안전, 인력 등), 신규 업체 소싱, 등급 분류(tiering)
- 입찰 및 RFP 문서 준비·발행, 입찰 참가자 문의 대응
- 입찰 분석(비드 태뷸레이션): 범위 누락/중복 및 가격 이상치 확인, 가격·기술적 역량·일정 기준 입찰 평가
- 협상 주도 및 최종 선정 근거 문서화 (추후 감사 시 재현 가능하도록)
- 선정 결과를 고객, 설계팀, 조달팀과 공유 및 승인 확보

*자격요건

- 5년 이상의 조달(구매) 경력 필수
- Business level 이상의 영어 구사 능력 필수
- 재화, 자재 및 용역에 대한 경쟁 조달 프로세스 이해
- 다수의 프로젝트 매니저 대상 다수 조달 이벤트 동시 관리 역량
- 조달 및 재무 관련 소프트웨어/애플리케이션 사용 경험 우대
- 뛰어난 수량 산정 및 분석 능력
- 세부사항에 대한 주의력 및 정확성 추구
- 마감일 준수를 위한 멀티태스킹 및 우선순위 설정 능력, 압박 상황 대응력
- 데이터 수집 및 데이터 품질에 대한 가치 인식
- 민감 정보 취급에 따른 신뢰성
- 강한 팀워크 역량

*Responsibilities

- Support the project managers and construction managers with all procurement activities for interiors projects.

- Manage and maintain supplier registration in the PDS Procurement platform.
- Run RFP and RFQ events through Jaegger for all PDS projects.
- Send procurement event status report to the respective project managers & construction managers.
- Act as the PDS Korea Jaegger Champion, learning the system and becoming the local system expert.
- Coordinate with the Regional Jaegger support team for system updates, technical queries, and help to drive usage within the Korea office.
- Manage suppliers and negotiate price.
- Search for new suppliers and build network in the industry.
- Project Managers and construction managers will be responsible for the definition of procurement brief and requirements.
- Lead all stages of the JAGGER process and manage deliverables and approval records for each stage [JAGGER to be confirmed]
- Develop the procurement strategy for each project: package breakdown, tender method (open competitive / invited / negotiated), and schedule
- Manage the subcontractor pool: pre-qualification (financial standing, track record, safety, workforce), new vendor sourcing, and tiering
- Prepare and issue tender and RFP documents, and manage bidder queries
- Conduct bid analysis (bid tabulation): check for scope gaps, overlaps, and pricing outliers, then evaluate bids on price, technical merit, and schedule
- Lead negotiations and document the final selection rationale so the decision can be reproduced in an audit
- Share selection results with the client, design team, and procurement team, and secure approvals

*Requirements

- 5 years of procurement experience required
- Understanding of the competitive procurement process for goods, materials and services
- Be able to manage multiple procurement events for multiple project managers simultaneously
- Experience with procurement and financial software tools and applications ideal
- Strong quantities and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and a desire for accuracy
- Korean and English language skills a must
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work well under pressure to meet established deadlines
- An appreciate for data gathering and data quality
- Trust worthy as this role will handle sensitive data
- Strong team work
