Key responsibilities

- Customer Value Proposition: Articulate the technical and commercial value of Nordic’s PMIC solutions to both executive and technical audiences
- Collateral: Develop regional, market- and application-specific collateral for customer, sales and the distribution network to accelerate adoption of PMICs

Key Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Several years of proven track record in business development, technical sales, or product marketing within the semiconductor or electronic components industry
- Solid technical understanding of PMIC (e.g., power management architectures, battery charging, DCDC converters)
- Demonstrable commercial awareness and deep understanding of the A PAC OEM/ODM and IoT ecosystem
- The ability to navigate and influence within a global matrix organization, and build strong relationships with regional sales, the distribution network and key global stakeholders
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin (Chinese) to liaise with regional customers, supply chain partners, and global headquarters
- Willingness to travel in the APAC region, on average 30% of the time

Personal Skills

We are looking for a self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively identify new market opportunities. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills, exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and multinational teams. In addition, you have a strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and strategic vision with a results-oriented approach.
