COMPANY OVERVIEW

We exist to make food the world loves. But we do more than that. Our company is a place that prioritizes being a force for good, a place to expand learning, explore new perspectives and reimagine new possibilities, every day. We look for people who want to bring their best — bold thinkers with big hearts who challenge one another and grow together. Because becoming the undisputed leader in food means surrounding ourselves with people who are hungry for what’s next.

OVERVIEW

• Own assigned operational activities with increasing independence while following approved standards and partnering with senior engineers on complex issues, platform improvements, and project delivery.

• Contribute to Infrastructure as Code and automation using Terraform, Ansible, Python, Shell scripting, and PowerShell to improve repeatability, reliability, and support efficiency.

• Work closely with senior team members, infrastructure teams, application stakeholders, and vendors to deliver stable services and build technical capability across E-Apps operations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Platform operations: Support the health, availability, administration, monitoring, and continuous improvement of assigned E-Apps platforms.

• Administration and maintenance: Perform platform configuration, patching, upgrades, certificate updates, service management, access changes, backup checks, and routine maintenance across Windows and Linux environments.

• Web and application platforms: Administer and troubleshoot IIS, JBoss, and Apache, including application hosting, configuration, reverse proxy settings, ports, certificates, service restarts, and basic Java application troubleshooting.

• Cloud and infrastructure: Work with GCP resources and approved hybrid infrastructure patterns involving compute, networking, IAM, load balancing, DNS, SSL/TLS, storage, and connectivity.

• Automation: Create and maintain Terraform configurations, Ansible playbooks, Python utilities, and Shell or PowerShell scripts for repeatable operational tasks and standard process execution.

• Observability and performance: Use Datadog or equivalent tools to review metrics, logs, dashboards, alerts, health checks, and performance indicators; identify trends and escalate abnormal conditions.

• Incident and ITSM support: Resolve routine and moderately complex incidents, participate in incident and change processes, maintain knowledge articles and runbooks, and escalate issues with clear evidence and impact details.

• Project delivery: Support infrastructure and application activities for assigned projects, deployments, testing, environment readiness, and operational handover.

• Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve reliability, patch compliance, monitoring, recovery readiness, documentation, and standard operating procedures.

• Collaboration: Work effectively with D&T, network, OS, security, application, and vendor teams while sharing operational knowledge and following platform standards.

• Support Requirement: Participate in extended off-hours shift coverage, including overnight, weekend, holiday, and on-call support on a weekly rotational basis, aligned to US business-hours support needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Full-time graduation in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related technical discipline from an accredited university.

• Experience: Minimum 6 years of total IT experience, including at least 4 years supporting infrastructure or enterprise application platforms in production and business-critical environments.

• GCP and infrastructure: Hands-on experience with GCP services, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, load balancers, SSL/TLS certificates, DNS, networking, and access management.

• Automation and scripting: Practical experience with Terraform, Ansible, Python, Shell scripting, or PowerShell for operational support, configuration, validation, and automation.

• Middleware and platform administration: Working experience with IIS, JBoss, and Apache across Windows and Linux platforms, including configuration, troubleshooting, patching, service management, and application integration.

• Operating systems and databases: Working knowledge of Windows Server and Linux administration, relational database concepts, and applications using Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.

• Monitoring and operations: Experience with Datadog or equivalent observability tools, incident handling, patching, operational documentation, and root-cause investigation.

• ITSM and collaboration: Working knowledge of incident, problem, change, service request, escalation, and knowledge-management practices, with strong stakeholder communication skills.

• Core proficiency: Ability to manage assigned tasks effectively, troubleshoot methodically, work across teams, and build new technical skills continuously.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
