About this role
Were looking for a reliable, skilled PM Cook to join our kitchen team for the afternoon and evening shifts. Youll be working in a full-service hotel kitchen that supports our Overlook restaurant, banquets, and in-room dining, with the chance to cook solid, consistent food for guests and groups in a beautiful Asheville setting.
What youll do:
- Prepare and cook menu items, banquet plates, and specials during the PM shift
- Maintain station organization, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Work with the team to execute service smoothly and on time
- Help with prep, plating, and any needed support across the kitchen

Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.
- Must be team oriented, empathetic, friendly and show initiative.
- Must be able to represent the hotel in a professional manner to hotel guests.
