About this role
Clara is the leading platform in Latin America for companies to execute and manage every payment operation. More than 50,000 leading and fast-growing businesses run on our corporate cards, bill pay, financing and B2B payments, and in 2025 the Financial Times named Clara the region’s fastest-growing company. We’re passionate about helping every company we work with become more effective—and, through that, raising the region’s competitiveness. We’re ~400 people, backed by Notable Capital, Coatue, Kaszek, monashees, DST Global, ICONIQ, General Catalyst and Goldman Sachs, among others.
What you'll do
We're hiring a Sales Enablement Specialist in Sales Operations to own the Sales Academy, from onboarding through a three-month ramp and ongoing enablement. You'll build its curriculum, performance measurement and AI-powered app so new hires can turn learning into sales results.
- Design the full ramp journey. Own the 30/60/90-day curriculum: product, ICP, sales methodology, tools and processes; then live calling, outbound sequences, pipeline generation and first deals; finally full quota accountability, ramp certification and graduation.
- Create training that stays current. Build playbooks, videos, reference guides, battle cards and interactive modules tailored to roles and markets. Extend enablement beyond onboarding through product launches, tool rollouts and messaging updates.
- Validate learning at every milestone. Design quizzes, practical evaluations and certification checkpoints. Define ramp benchmarks, report progress and flag at-risk new hires early so sales leaders can intervene.
- Connect learning to sales performance. Unify module completion, test scores and certifications with activity, pipeline and conversion metrics in new-hire scorecards. Report knowledge absorption trends, performance correlations and curriculum gaps to Sales leadership.
- Build a self-service Academy app. Create a central hub where new hires access learning paths, complete modules and assessments, and track progress, while sales leaders monitor ramp performance in real time.
- Personalize learning with AI. Use performance patterns to adapt learning paths, surface at-risk indicators and generate coaching suggestions. Own the app roadmap and ongoing improvements.
- Support reliable HubSpot administration. Handle account assignments, reassignments and territory or segment changes. Resolve ownership disputes while maintaining accurate account data.
- Maintain the Sales book of business. Own uploads and ongoing maintenance in HubSpot, ensuring accurate ownership and segmentation. Monitor and report adherence to assigned accounts and operational workflows.
How you'll work
You'll partner with Sales leadership and subject matter experts to turn real examples, strong call recordings and proven plays into training. Run end-of-cohort retrospectives with new hires and their sales leaders to improve the Academy.
Build with AI and no-code/low-code tools without depending on engineering resources, connecting HubSpot, Amplemarket and Slack data with learning progress. Use that evidence to prioritize app and curriculum improvements.
