Customer Service Representative | No Weekends | $21–$24/hr | Gig Harbor, WA

Fix Auto Gig Harbor is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the warm, in-person face of our shop. Customers usually walk in on a rough day, and you’ll be the one who turns it around, guiding them from drop-off to pickup with that natural “I’ve got you” energy. There’s no hard selling and no pushing add-ons. Our centralized team handles much of the paperwork and routine calls, so you can focus on the people in front of you.

What you’ll do

- Greet customers and make them feel welcome

- Guide them through the repair in person, from drop-off to pickup

- Handle vehicle check-ins and walkarounds

- Turn stressed customers into happy ones

- Earn reviews and referrals by giving great service

- Work with our centralized team, estimators and production team to keep customers informed

What we’re looking for

- A friendly, upbeat, people-first personality

- Sales, retail, hospitality or service experience is a great fit. No collision experience needed.

- Calm and reassuring with stressed customers

- Basic computer skills

- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
