- Three-day weekends. A 4x10 schedule, and you never work a weekend shift. Prefer five days? Work Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- No cap on earnings. Techs here earn $90,000 to $110,000 a year on flat rate, based on skill, quality and experience. A tech in the middle of our range who flags 2 hours for every hour worked can earn close to $100,000 a year on a 40-hour week.

What you’ll do
- Structural repair, welding and sheet metal work
- Restore vehicles to OEM specs using frame and measuring equipment
- Repair aluminum and electric vehicles by OEM procedures
- Disassemble, reassemble and document repairs
- Hit repair deadlines without cutting corners
What we’re looking for
- 1+ year of collision repair experience
- I-CAR welding skills and frame and measuring experience
- The organization to manage several repairs at once
- Your own tools, in good working order
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
