Murray’s Collision Group is hiring an Auto Body Technician for our Port Orchard area shops. Our shops are clean and organized, with a steady flow of work year-round, so your hours stay flagged. Skip the commute across the water and the weekend shifts, and put your skills to work close to home.

- Three-day weekends. A 4x10 schedule, and you never work a weekend shift. Prefer five days? Work Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

- No cap on earnings. Techs here earn $90,000 to $110,000 a year on flat rate, based on skill, quality and experience. A tech in the middle of our range who flags 2 hours for every hour worked can earn close to $100,000 a year on a 40-hour week.

What you’ll do

- Structural and non-structural collision repairs

- Welding, sheet metal work and panel replacement

- Restore vehicles to spec using frame and measuring equipment

- Quality check every repair for safety and performance

- Work with estimators and production to hit deadlines

What we’re looking for

- 1+ year of collision repair experience

- Welding, structural repair and measuring system experience

- I-CAR training or certification preferred

- Strong attention to detail and quality

- Your own tools, in good working order

- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
