About this role

Lovingly is the AI that runs your business: sales, operations, and follow-through. About 1,000 independent florists across the US and Canada run their websites, point of sale, and online growth on Lovingly. We're built for owner-operated businesses whose promises can't break when the work piles up. From chaos to clarity: systems that just run.

The Role

You'll be Lovingly's dedicated closer for new florist partners. Our outbound setter team books qualified demos for you, inbound leads come straight to you, and you take each one from first demo to signed agreement to a shop that's live and taking orders within 90 days.

You'll sell Lovingly Shop, plus each new Lovingly offering as it's ready. Our Account Managers take over existing partners after launch, so your focus stays on winning new ones.

What You'll Do

- Run every qualified demo, whether our setter team booked it or it came in inbound, and hold it within 2 business days of booking

- Lead discovery, show florists how Lovingly grows their direct online orders, and close the signed agreement

- Own the florist's side of launch so each new shop goes live and takes its first order within 90 days of signing

- Work a small outbound lane of your own: setter callbacks and no-shows, re-engaging lost deals, and reaching florists in your own industry network

- Use AI tools to research shops and tailor outreach before each conversation

- Follow up within 24 hours of every demo

- Keep Salesforce current the same day: every demo, follow-up, and next step

- Hand each live partner to their Account Manager with a clean record

How You'll Be Measured

Your main number is new partners launched each quarter: shops that sign and take their first order within 90 days. Each week we also look at qualified demos held, agreements signed, and how much revenue your new partners generate in their first year.

Your First 90 Days

- Days 1 to 30: Learn Lovingly Shop, our POS, and our partner agreement. Shadow 10 live demos, then run your own starting in week 3.

- Days 31 to 60: Run every qualified demo at half of full quota pace.

- Days 61 to 90: Reach three-quarters pace, with your full pipeline current in Salesforce.

Role Structure

- Team: Floral Business Services (FBS)

- Reports to: Chris Pels, COO

- Location: Remote, US. Eastern time zone preferred. Quarterly visits to HQ in Hopewell Junction, NY.

- Type: Full-time

Requirements

- 3+ years selling to independent florists: at a wire service, floral wholesaler, or florist POS, website, or software company. Experience owning or running a flower shop also counts.

- A track record of full-cycle closing on a commission plan, from first call to signed agreement

- Comfort with a high-volume, short sales cycle. Most of our deals close in about two weeks

- Working fluency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM

- Strong video demo skills, since most conversations happen on 20-minute video calls

Nice to Have

- An active network of florist owners you can reach today

- Hands-on use of AI tools for research, writing, and follow-up

- Experience selling transaction-based or commission-based software to small businesses

Benefits

Compensation

- $80,000 base salary

- $20,000 target commission, for $100,000 on-target earnings. Commission is uncapped.

- You earn commission on every new partner who goes live: a payment at launch, plus a share of the revenue that partner generates in its first year. Launches above quota pay at an accelerated rate.

- Guaranteed minimum commission during your first three months while you ramp up
- Health & Wellness: Comprehensive health insurance, dental, vision

- Time Off: 22 days PTO + holidays + 4 floating holidays

- Retirement: 401(k) with company match up to 3%
