Job Description
Lead business analysis activities across the delivery lifecycle partnering with business stakeholders product engineering and QA teams Elicit analyze and document business requirements translating them into user stories functional specifications process flows and acceptance criteria Facilitate stakeholder workshops backlog refinement prioritization and requirement discussions acting as a bridge between business and technology teams Drive process improvements through business process analysis gap assessments workflow optimization and functional documentation Support UAT planning defect triage and endtoend validation to ensure successful and highquality delivery Work effectively in AgileScrum environments with strong experience in backlog management user story development and crossfunctional collaboration Apply business architecture principles to align business strategies with technology solutions and improve organizational capabilities
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate business analysis and business architecture activities throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements ensuring alignment with business goals
Develop and maintain business process models capability maps and architecture artifacts
Facilitate workshops and meetings to refine requirements and prioritize product backlogs
Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices in business analysis and architecture
Manage multiple priorities across global delivery teams while maintaining clear communication
Support Agile teams in backlog grooming sprint planning and delivery tracking
Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Utilize domain knowledge in Consumer Products and Rights Licensing to inform solution design
Leverage experience with Rights Licensing platforms reporting tools and SQL for data analysis and reporting
