- Perform thorough exploratory testing to uncover defects, usability issues, and edge-case scenarios.
- Design effective test cases using established test design techniques such as boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, and risk-based testing.
- Create, update, and manage defects, tasks, test artifacts, and requirements within Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Develop and maintain Azure DevOps queries, dashboards, and work item tracking to support test execution and reporting.
- Analyze and troubleshoot software and system failures using Windows Event Viewer, application logs, service logs, and diagnostic traces.
- Investigate issues, reproduce defects, and provide clear root-cause evidence and documentation to development and systems engineering teams.
- Execute and troubleshoot WiFi and wireless connectivity tests, including connectivity, roaming, performance, and recovery scenarios.
- Support regression, integration, and system verification testing activities across the medical imaging product portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with Systems Engineering, Development, and Verification teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain clear, detailed test documentation, including test cases, test results, defect reports, and traceability to requirements.
- Apply software verification methodologies and best practices to ensure compliance with regulated industry standards.
