Profissional com sólida experiência em SAP ABAP HR, responsável por conduzir desenvolvimentos de média e alta complexidade em projetos de implementação, melhorias e sustentação de soluções de RH, com autonomia técnica e foco em qualidade.

Responsabilidades:

- Desenhar e desenvolver soluções ABAP HCM: reports , classes, BAdIs , enhancements de infotipos , formulários e funções de cálculo.

- Analisar requisitos com o time funcional e propor a abordagem técnica mais adequada, priorizando o standard e o conceito de clean core.

- Elaborar especificações técnicas e estimativas de esforço.

- Atuar em troubleshooting de incidentes complexos em ambiente produtivo, incluindo análises de performance.

- Contribuir com a definição dos padrões de desenvolvimento da área (nomenclatura, modularização, code review).

- Revisar o trabalho técnico de profissionais júnior e pleno e apoiar seu desenvolvimento.

Requisitos:

- Experiência acima de 6 anos em desenvolvimento ABAP, com atuação relevante em ABAP HR (PA, OM, PT e/ou PY).

- Domínio de ABAP OO, BAdIs , enhancements , BAPIs , ALV e formulários.

- Experiência com bancos de dados lógicos de RH, clusters de folha e ponto e funções standard do módulo.

- Experiência em projetos e em atendimento AMS.

- Inglês avançado.

Diferenciais:

- Experiência em esquemas e regras de cálculo de folha ( PCRs ) e funções/operações customizadas.

- Vivência em projetos de Employee Central Payroll .

- Conhecimento em CDS Views , ABAP Unit e ATC.

- Conhecimento em desenvolvimento SAPUI5/Fiori.

- Certificação SAP em ABAP.
