Profissional com sólida atuação em SAP ABAP HR e SAP Integration Suite , responsável por conduzir soluções técnicas completas em projetos de implementação, melhorias e sustentação. Espera-se autonomia para avaliar cada cenário, decidir entre desenvolvimento ABAP, iFlow ou combinação de ambos, e orientar profissionais menos experientes.

Responsabilidades:

- Desenhar e desenvolver soluções em ABAP HCM e iFlows no SAP Integration Suite , incluindo tratamento de erros, logs, reprocessamento e segurança.

- Conduzir a análise técnica de integrações entre SAP SuccessFactors , SAP HCM/ECP e sistemas legados, definindo a abordagem técnica mais adequada.

- Elaborar especificações técnicas e estimativas de esforço para melhorias e novos desenvolvimentos.

- Garantir aderência às boas práticas SAP e ao conceito de clean core.

- Atuar em troubleshooting de incidentes complexos em ambiente produtivo, em atendimento AMS e em projetos.

- Aplicar e evoluir os padrões de governança técnica (nomenclatura, versionamento, value mapping, modularização de código).

- Revisar o trabalho técnico de profissionais júnior e pleno e apoiar seu desenvolvimento.

Requisitos:

- Experiência acima de 6 anos em desenvolvimento ABAP, com atuação relevante em ABAP HR (PA, OM, PT e/ou PY).

- Domínio de ABAP OO, enhancements , BAdIs , BAPIs e IDocs .

- Conhecimento avançado em SAP Integration Suite : iFlows , adaptadores ( SuccessFactors , OData , SOAP, HTTP, SFTP, IDoc ), mapeamentos, scripts Groovy e monitoramento.

- Experiência com APIs SuccessFactors ( OData e Compound Employee API).

- Conhecimento de arquitetura SAP BTP, Cloud Connector e mecanismos de autenticação ( OAuth 2.0, certificados).

- Experiência em projetos e em atendimento AMS.

- Inglês avançado.

Diferenciais:

- Experiência em projetos de Employee Central Payroll , incluindo replicação EC → ECP (BIB, PTP e BAdIs de replicação).

- Conhecimento em esquemas e regras de cálculo de folha ( PCRs ).

- Experiência com ABAP Cloud, CDS Views ou RAP.

- Conhecimento em desenvolvimento SAPUI5/Fiori.

- Conhecimento em SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS).

- Certificação SAP em Integration Suite .
