About this role
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain or an equivalent discipline; MBA/PGDM is preferred.
Typically, 12-18 years of relevant experience in Procurement, including meaningful leadership experience in a GCC, Shared Services or Global Business Services environment.
Strong domain experience across P2D/PR-to-PO operations, Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Onboarding.
Demonstrated experience in leading managers and procurement teams in a multi-Business Unit and multistakeholder environment.
Experience managing service delivery through SLA/TAT, productivity, quality, ageing and customerexperience measures.
Working knowledge of SAP, SAP Ariba or comparable enterprise procurement platforms.
Experience in procurement transformation, process standardization, automation and operational excellence is preferred.
